PNTL officers receive training at the Legal Training Centre
The Prosecutor-General's Office, together with the Ministry of Justice, through the Legal Training Centre, launched a training course on the Penal Procedure Code for the National Police of Timor-Leste on 26 November.

Human Rights celebration day at Becora Prison
On 10 December Becora Prison prepared a Ceremony to celebrate Human Rights Day and to present to the guests the vocational training received by the prison population in the manufacture of several products, including carpentry, clothes and Tais confection.

District Courts Statistical Data for 2007
During 2007 the district courts of Dili, Baucau, Suai and Oecusse had been staffed with seven international and eleven national judges.
